My daughter had two roller doors fitted by Nortech and I was impressed by the finished job, so decided to dump my (un)faithful old up-and-over. I have to say my garage door opening life has been transformed! But seriously, the two lads who installed my door did a terrific job and there was no sign of any workmen having been on site after they'd gone - garage and drive all pristine and new door working beautifully. Time will tell if I spent wisely but I'm very happy with the door and the work and would definitely recommend Nortech to anyone.

Nortech were recommended by a friend and we were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.
We went to the showroom where all the doors were on display and demonstrated to us.
We were both impressed with the time taken to go through the types of doors. We were asked what we needed in a door in terms of insulation and security.
The rep came out to measure up and we had a quote the next day.
The fitters turned up early on the day of installation and were really professional and there was no mess made during or after fitting.
They demonstrated the doors and programmed all the remotes

After moving into a new build and having an electric garage door on my previous house, I was looking at making the current door electric. I was aware of Nortech being based in Cramlington so phoned then to see if my garage door could be made electric - to which it could be and was given an estimate which I was happy with. After a site visit I was given a cost and work was arranged to be done at an agreed date. The lads that came to sort out electrics were on time and took just over an hour to sort. Correspondence with the company was excellent and kept me informed throughout. Better still, the invoice was slightly less that first quoted - which is alway a bonus! What was also mentioned is that the garage door can be updated anytime in the future - meaning no more extra expense on the electrics - just a door if I need to updated in the future. Excellent work.

I recently received a quotation for the supply and installation of two new electric roller garage doors from Nortech Doors. The whole process was conducted with the minimum of fuss and what was refreshing was the fact there was no hard sell. The fact that the price was competitive also helped. The garage doors are sheer quality and the workmanship exemplary. This is the second set of garage doors I have purchased from this company so that in itself should speak volumes. Very highly recommended. In fact, I wouldn't go past them. Absolutely super job.
