Our customer had an metal up and over garage door on their property which let in draughts. As they had now added a utility to the rear of their garage they decided that they wanted to upgrade their door with something that allowed them to use their garage more without freezing. Visiting our showroom they told our sales lady what their problem was and what they wanted to achieve. We showed them two options, the Alluguard Insulated Roller door and the Carteck Insulated Sectional door. After discussion they said that they could not have the Carteck door as it had tracks running back into the garage space and this would interfere with their storage setup. The Alluguard was the ideal solution for them as it is insulated and virtually draught free and has no tracks taking space from the garage, it only needed headroom which they told us they had plenty of. Our survey carried out a survey and provided them with a quotation which included, as requested, renewing the upvc above there garage door too. They were very happy with their new garage door.
