Our customer had an old metal double up and over door which had become much too heavy for them to open. They visited our showroom to have a look at the doors available now. Looking around they were particularly taken with the Carteck sectional doors on display. They liked the fact that they were a solid well made door with insulated panels and a good range of designs to chose from. They arranged for our surveyor to call and do a free, no obligation survey and discuss what they would like to have fitted. At the time of the survey they were able to let our surveyor know that they wished to have the solid rib design in white with an electric operator to make the opening and closing of the door easier for them both.
They were very happy with the installation and the fact that they did not have to dispose of their old door as we, as part of our service, take away all cardboard wrappings and also the old door too.
