Our customer had always had side hinged timber doors on his garage. He came to our showroom with the intention of buying something completely different as he was fed up with the continuous battle he had with this doors - having the timber swell and shrink with the weather, having to paint them every couple of years and his wife having to hold on door after he had put a brick in front of the other so the wind didn't blow them onto his car when he went in or out. However, seeing our side hinged doors in the showroom completed turned him around, he realised that he didn't have to have timber, he could have steel doors and they would be insulated, he could have any colour he wanted and he could add door stays that would hold his doors open without thought of an incident when he went in and out of his garage. There is always a solution, you just have to ask the right questions of the right people.
