Our customer had a double metal garage door on their property which they told us had seen better days. They found it too heavy to lift and said that as they were not getting any younger they felt that they needed something which would make their life easier in the coming years. We pointed them towards our website so that they could see what doors were now available and also organised an appointment for our surveyor to visit and measure up for their new garage door.

On arrival they told our surveyor that they had already chosen their new door and they wanted a Carteck Sectional in the Georgian design and they also wanted to have windows so that they could get some natural light in there. Our surveyor measured up and checked that the garage was suitable to have the tracks running back into their garage space and all was well. We provided the customer with our written quotation by email. When we contacted them to check that they had received their quote they said they had and that they were ready to place the order. They paid their deposit and their door was placed on order. Within a couple of days we were able to contact them to book an installation date for when their door was ready.

Our customer was very happy with the installation and with the care and attention our staff showed to them throughout the process, saying it had gone so smoothly they wish they had done something about the old door sooner.
