Our call out charge generally covers the time required for normal repairs and we will advise of the total cost before commencing work. We carry common spare parts for most doors and aim to complete the repair on the first visit. If we can't repair the door we'll make sure the door is safe and secure and organise to return and complete the job. If your door is beyond repair we will provide a competitive quotation for a replacement and will fast-track the door to get you operational again as soon as possible.

We carry many spares at our showroom and can supply a full range of replacement locks, keys, handles and remote control transmitters, etc – just drop into our Cramlington showroom or call 01670 700701.
Our service Plan provides an annual service visit that includes a full safety check, adjustment and lubrication. We'll let you know which worn parts require replacement and discuss with you any aspects of the door that are a concern.
