All our installations are covered by the Door and Hardware Federation Domestic Garage Door Warranty in addition to manufacturers own product warranties of up to 10 years. As members of the Door and Hardware Federation (DHF), formerly the Association of Garage Door Specialists (AGDS) we follow best industry practice on customer satisfaction and resolution.

The Select range is chosen for its reliability, but, if things do go wrong, we’ll respond rapidly and do all we can to resolve the issue quickly and with minimum disruption. Our long standing trading partnerships with manufacturers will often allow us to fast track a solution if required. We also carry extensive spares and parts should your door need a repair in years to come.
