Service starts with the right advice – we’ll make sure we understand your requirements and then help you select the right product. At every step we’ll explain the options available and the benefits of each choice.

Service

Survey

Surveying your home is all part of the package and we’ll do this without obligation. The survey will highlight any special requirements and help us give the best advice. If you’re choosing a new garage door and the survey shows that your garage is built into your house, perhaps directly under a bedroom, insulated products will be one of the options we’d suggest as a result.

When you’ve chosen, we’ll agree an installation date and let you know what to expect on the day.

Installation

All our installation teams are fully trained to appropriate standards. If we are replacing an existing door or other product, our engineers will ensure the old product is removed and properly and safely disposed of.

We won’t just fit the products, we’ll fit and “make good”, frames will always be finished and a mastic seal applied. We can tidy up poor brickwork edges with fascias (all things we’ll discuss with you once the survey is completed) and ensure that every job is one we’d be proud to have on our own home.

Installation engineers will always demonstrate the product, provide certificates and documentation and take you through care and maintenance basic before asking you to sign off on a job well done.

Aftercare

After care is just as important – ongoing support and maintenance is all part of the service. We offer maintenance plans and will also respond quickly to any problems – our reputation depends on it!
